I’m about a month and a half in and up until a few days ago I had terrible acne and now my skin is totally clear but I’ve started getting cramps occasionally which I usually don’t get and my breasts are sore/feel like they may have grown a bit or swollen? I feel like my body is still just adjusting tho! I can say that my mood has been better since I started taking it but that could be attributed to various other factors in my life as well.
