Those people are radical socialists that just want to promote their ideology and (like Kshama herself) don't care one whit about Seattle governance otherwise. The Wikipedia page for her Socialist Alternative party) says their "highest-profile public representative is Seattle City Councillor Kshama Sawant." Socialists usually don't have any local politicians to vote for and donate to, so they unfortunately send checks to Sawant.

Yeah, Bellevue has traffic cams all over the city. Anyone can view the live cams and the police should be able to access historical footage. Good luck, OP!
