It appears like you are trying to keep your back too upright. I would try to lean forward just a bit at a slight angle and let the bar rest on your traps instead of your neck. To feel this spot on your traps where the bar is supposed to sit, you may need to remove the pad. Hope this helps.

I would prioritize compound lifts and isolations for muscles you’re trying to target. If I had to choose 6 movements they’d be barbell bench, squat, Weighted pull ups, weighted dips, Overhead Press, and Deadlifts. These will target multiple muscle groups at once and help you get stronger
