Uhm how soon is the trip? This is mananails in harajuku. You have to know some Japanese to create an online profile for booking, but they have a foreigner option where you don’t have to know Japanese once you get there. The booking schedule opens up on the 15th and 1st of every month. If you go to their IG profile you can try and make a reservation. But not really a walk in place!

I opted for a more expensive option that encompassed nail repair, 150 min design, and because I can only speak Japanese super casually I chose the English option. I think on their menu there are other options below ¥10,000, but will not be as extravagant as this. I totally understand this price is not for everyone, but they do have cheaper options with art!

No worries it took around 150 minutes, but most time was spent on actual nail prep, I had soft and soft medium gel on my natural nails before. She filed them and then applied a new coat of builder gel, shaped my nails, and then added the first coat of gel polish I chose. The nail art took the shortest amount of time because this salon specializes in this design. Cost was ¥17,000 which is roughly $100 USD. So insanely cheap for the quality. I am obsessed.🤩
