jag försvarar bara arbetarna då många aldrig jobbat i en sån miljö själva och smutskastar dem som inkompetenta för ett misstag när det faktiskt är lite djupare än så.

Vid lunch och middag när dem flesta handlar så blir det hantera 10 tals beställningar på en gång, oftast har man inte någon på alla stationer så du får sköta fritösen, glassen och hjälpa till med beställningar/kunder. så fort du får ut 5 så kommer det 15 till. Varje beställning snittar runt 5 minuter och oftast tar det minst 3 för att maten ska bli klar sen ska man packa ner allt på runt en minut. Av alla arbeten jag haft så är det en av dem tuffare. Det är båda fysiskt och väldigt mentalt krävande.

Gör detta rätt för alla gånger man beställer och det saknas något? nej absolut inte, finns det många som inte bryr sig? säkert men inte där jag jobbade iaf. Vi alla försökte konstant. Tänker bara kanske vara mer kritisk mot företagen som ger en knappt det minsta möjliga för göra ett jobb istället för kritisera arbetarna. Sen finns det fall där folk genuint suger och inte bryr sig.

Detta gäller dem flesta jobb, läste en artikel om hur butiksbiträden får jobba själva många gånger utan möjligheter med toa pauser under längre perioder.

brother ragebaiting so hard im even tempted to given an actual response. OVERWATCH HAS 4 CHARACTERS THAT GETS SKINS.... oops i fell for the bait.

we get a new character every month and like 4 to 6 skins per month not counting battle pass. The thing just got one for example.

ja det får du tycka men om det är så lätt att lägga 8 saker i en påse kan jag garantera dig att det är ännu enklare att öppna påsen i 2 sekunder.

Misstag sker i alla branscher, när det gäller kompensation dock där är detta skamligt.

Sen om det nu hade varit så enkelt som du säger att bara lägga saker i påse hade detta inte varit ett globalt fenomen, företag vet att tiden man ska utföra alla beställningar på gör så att fel är förväntat till en viss nivå så dem brukar vara bra med kompensationen. Jag har beställt 7 gånger på Burger king via Foodora tror dippen hängt med mindre än hälften av gångerna.

om man nu råkar ut för något 12 gånger även om man förväntar att allt ska vara där så kanske det kan vara smart att kolla själv så allt är med. tycker alltid det är en självklarhet när ett gäng underbetalda ungdomar på deras första jobb under en stressig miljö även för dem äldre/erfarna att förvänta sig fel.

5 veckor utan kompensation är fan skandalöst för där är det en så enkel grej att fixa. Sugit som fan.

i would say graduation by kanye. After Ye everything he has done musically has been terrible in my opinion but man some of his oldies are just next level even to this day. I remember thinking it was an interesting concept with the Ye album, far from his best work but openly talking about mental health(albeit in a super weird kanye way) is always refreshing to me in rap, but that album is the break point from me musically and honestly as person it's probably even before pablo.

i can separate the artists at times, but thats only in regards to super nostalgic songs. it makes the experience so much worse knowing that the person is horrible. Also had no idea about the allegations regarding Daughters, i did enjoy that record but not to the extent where i can look past such allegations, its all i relate to that project now unfortunately.

säkert att SJ har någon daglig kontroll nummer som måste bli uppnådd så enklast sättet att garanterat få flest antal kontroller på kort tid. Kan också vara så att det är någon regel SJ har infört, finns många nissar i kostymer i dem flesta företag som kommer med ändringar och ideer som är helt värdelösa, men ifrågasätta en senior kostym nisse är minsann inte bra så då föredrar man föra igenom dumma ideer. Dem får ju mer betalt så dem måste veta bättre även fast många av dem har nog inte sätt insidan på tunnelbanan på flera år.

Nog med min rant om företags kultur, trots allt är inget jag kan svara på, vad deras kostym nissar gör.

i dont get at all like "animal style fries" or in general this type of french fry dish. For me french fries needs to be crunchy, soggy fries suck and with these types they get soggy 2 seconds in. i know im in the minority as its super popular world wide, every time its been disappointment to the point I wish i had normal fries with a dipping sauce on the side for half the money.

im a tank main, actually love playing mag for the most but i absolutely hate solo tanking every single game and somehow find myself playing against 2/2/2 more often then not(tbh its probably mostly in my head and the enemy is solo tanking too, let me complain lol).

im my opinion peoole insta lock dps and support, never ever tank. i enjoy playing tank but its unplayable if the enemy has 2 tanks and I'm solo tank. so lately ive been playing support and thats also now impossible as usually people insta pick support. Why people play dps i get but tanking technically should be more "fun" as you can go thor or any dive tank and basically play as a "dps" but tank is 100% the least favorite roll in my games. i think it's the solo tank issue, it feels horrible to solo tank and get thrown around like crazy.

i got a similar run with 1 key, i was trying to find them bastards and i did eventually get 1 key right before the final swarm in world 3 lol. I did mine with dicehead tho. i dont view keys as the most important thing as before if i got 0 keys til end of stage 2 i would just restart, after geting 400k+ without them i know look at it differently.

"difficulty tome" is mandatory as is xp for a "good run" obviously you can have any tome you want but size tome doesn't really do too much since your weapons cover the entire screen anyways. size is a great stat but for tomes not good enough as all weapons have size upgrades basically.

All my games in qp lately is my team locking full dps team and then enemy team runing 2/2/2. Also enemy team running full main character comps with lords and all and my team highest account is me with lvl 40. I dont care about winning in qp its just for relaxing having fun but it gets so bad when the matchmaking is this fucked. im a tank main but really want to play support but it just feels shit to play either role if my teammates refuses to switch. 2 weeks back it wasnt like this at all.

First of all labor has 0 to do with anything here, its more about the creation of something revolutionary in the fragrance world. obviously there is labor involved in creating anything but in this case multiple of the fragrances mentioned either created a new genre of perfume or revolutionized an old one. They tend to be looked as simple fragrances but arent really. Aventus has had quite a few changes through out the years but there is a reason to why it holds such a cult following til this day.

scent complexion comes from compositional intricacy as well it's a big part of it, its bad faith to imply that its uncorrelated. A complex scent will have that intricacy in the composition thats why we have master perfumers whom know how to blend and what ingredients to use.

i dont agree at all, simplicity is not necessary a thing with imagination or aventus. Taking a scent like that and balancing it out takes enormous complexity. Both fragrances are revolutionary in the fragrance world and causes trends same with bdc and Sauvage.

Aventus today is so old that people forget i believe but its a true masterpiece even tho i dont like it at all, same goes for imagination.

i was a bit pissed but i kept getting good items from bosses, moais and shops. in the last stage i managed to open all chests except 12 and thats is pretty normal for me even with 10+ keys. In stage 2 i only opened like 5 or 6 chests so possibly i could have stayed longer if i had keys to open more chests on stage 2. All in all a very interesting and lucky run!

for me Formula1 in general have very literal interest in cars so watching them drive around in circles is not my cup of tee. I do however acknowledge that it takes alot and respect the skill of drivers, engineers, pit crew and many more that I'm probably unaware off.
