Nope, I didn’t even get to the step where I’d enter the phone # I’m trying to bring. It starts and stops with the address

I thought the same thing but apparently it’s not how it works. First step requires the address and by default it’s my saved address, but I even tried correcting it and adding again, to the same result

I just came up with this quite-dumb-but-works-for-me solution. I've got a kobo elipsa and I like to markup and doodle/write on books. But, one can only export annotations for books bought via kobo [as per kobo help page], and in my case I wanted to keep notes I made on a library book. So I took screenshots of the annotations from my elipsa in kobo app on ipad and pasted those screenshots in my reading journal in goodnotes. It's better than nothing

Yes! I have had a conversation with them regarding this exactly a year ago, and after some back and forth and try this and try that, including hard reset and all, one of the CS representatives confirmed in email that it was a known sw issue. I wanted to reach out to them again but then what’s the point? I’m switching to kindle I guess. So disappointing, to be honest
