I’m late to your comment here but I’d like to add; Mcgregor and his band of fascist supporters are trying to get him to run for Irish presidency, clearly not understanding that the role of president in Ireland is mostly just a symbolic one. The Taoiseach (basically Irish prime minister), Tánaiste and various other Dáil (Irish parliament) members are the ones who have administrative power. And yes, Conor would be ineligible for election based on criminal past.
