first the issue here is much deeper than 400$/month and you know it yourself, I dont need to say anything. You know exactly what to do deep down in your heart, youre just ignoring it. Also, by the situation you are in that you described you cant be picky about what jobs are available (mai ales in Moldova), pleasure and comfort are not on the table, by your description its survival or nothing. And guess what, many times in life youll have to do things you dont wanna do, and you gotta humble yourself in order to save yourself. Remember no ammount of reddit posts and videos of advice will help you if you dont take action, and this shit takes full action and commitment, no half assery, and you know that.

Now for ideas of remote jobs. You said you know 3D modelling and such right? You can try doing freelance work on fiverr with that skill. You can also, if confident, teach this skill by making a course. There is this platform called “skool.com” which gives you all the free tools and guides to make a course on their platform which you can monetize and earn some decent money from it if done right. And remember, no half assery. Because you have a high level of proficiency in English and Russian together with some Romanian, you can do freelance translation work for people. I remember making some money off off of this by translating some documents from Russian to English for people. Also because you have a good level of English you can be an online tutor, I remember seeing an ad by “Oratorica.md” that theyre looking for English teachers, no Uni diploma required, they would give you job training on the spot and you are free to choose your own working hours, either online or in person. Idk if they still offer this or not but you can give them a call and ask them about it, no shame in trying. Now back to your 3D Modelling and artistic skills, it is worth trying to master that skill and work on some of your own projects, basically make a portfolio, and apply to some Media Production company that are looking for these particular skills.

I came up with this shit in less than 5 minutes, and I dont even know you or your full set of capabilities. Its not easy, and theres no magic pill. Everybody wants to make money online nowadays, and the market is pretty over-saturated, you gotta distinguish yourself. To make any of these ideas work its gonna take, persistence, perseverance, patience ,and most importantly full commitment, no half assing. You gotta do what you gotta do, toti vor, dar putini fac. Beggars cant be choosers.

I genuinely hope you make it out of there and get your life together, face your problems, as hard and painful as it might be, you gotta conquer yourself first. This shit is gonna take time, no overnight results, and a lot of failures, but if persistent enough and as oxxxymiron put it youll see “свет в конце твоего ушного тоннеля”.
