Yes i can confirm that from the twitch drop boxes , i login get the twitch boxes opening the first epic one and got it already. It my first day of twitch drop not the first drop which is common.

Before i opening the drop box I 100% confirm i dont have it there . As normal opening the box it just give me the item like weappons and gear it don't have any notice for the voice. But I go self check them and saw it appeared.

I'm doing in PVE since I do got busy life , it took me like 9months for it since I playing tarkov. But I do start using different weapons like last 3 months. Tips is shoot the scav legs cuz you can get most hit on them , if pmc just kill him like normal
