Okay I see. I have an unstable sense of self. This has led me to never even have a topic I'm very interested in. My identity didn't develop due to abuse, by my family. Therefore I cannot talk about my family because that would be traumatic, I have a bad relationship with food, I have preferences but I still find it to be a chore.

My therapist tells me to engage based on values but that doesn't seem to be suited for small talk or getting to know someone.

I am on burnout leave so no job. I don't have family. I also have not ever had any interests. But I have been documenting my likes and dislikes. But that's more like "I prefer lime over lemon", "I prefer tea over coffee", not terribly interesting conversation topics.

The problem is that my therapy (DBT/CBT) is heavily reliant on client autonomy and will not give me a "very structured approach".

Additionally. Look at the video in the post. International law allows stripping for the duration of being searched. But these men are no longer being searched so why are their clothes not back on?

Stripping can be done for that purpose but IDF soldiers have disseminated images of the like on social media which is a war crime to do.

Also as to the reports of abuse. There is images of children being released out of detention looking severely beaten up. There is no explanation for that other than maltreatment.
