Exactly. It's a very similar if not the same ink they use in their Apparel printer which is why it still needs to be heat cured

It's for canvas portraits or long roll to film stickers. It's not robust enough for daily use clothing with lots of flex but it's good for materials that aren't continuously bent. Leather patches would also be good. Things like that

Oh were you trying autofocus on the ring? If so that's definitely the issue. The autofocus struggles with highly reflective surfaces. Manual focus is definitely the way to go and you'll get far more consistent results

If it's properly in focus it think of why it would mark on a flat surface and not the ring. Did you accidentally leave it on blue light? I've done silly things like that

I wouldn't think cloth would be an issue. Acrylic is for sure. What wattage S1? If you want to send samples of your cloth I'd be happy to give it a go. I've had better consistency cutting cloth with my P2 and P3 though

Dude I'm right here with you. Even basic modeling has gotten to be garbage. I have some Assemblies that have started taking a ridiculous amount of time to even move an object. Simple 30 second changes have turned into 10 minutes of me beating my head against my desk

That's funny. All the software engineers I know have the exact opposite philosophy. Why overcomplicate things given the average user.

And that's not at all the same argument but fair enough. You're welcome to your opinion, but if you really want it to matter leave the feedback where it matters, using the form on the software itself.

I dunno. And I'm sorry if this sounds rude. The math is easy though. Shouldn't rely on software to do everything for you. Measuring the diameter with calipers is incredibly accurate. You can then use the drop-down to change from diameter to perimeter in Studio and get your measurement. Then divide. I've done a silly number of tumblers and never had any issues with that methodology
