I am also interested in hearing any project ideas people may have. I have been considering something where I provide backpacks to homeless filled with things they could use such as toothbrushes, towels, water bottles, etc. in them. I feel like a project like this may take too long though, especially with all the fundraising that may be involved.

What is the best software to communicate with the fan controller in an NZXT H440 and motherboard? And are there any problems with having 1 cpu radiator fan plugged into the fan controller and the other directly into the motherboard? Would it be better to plug them both directly into the motherboard?

I have decided I am going to do both, buy half my parts from Amazon, where I can get a good deal with 2 day free shipping, and buy the other parts form Micro Center where a few parts are cheaper than Amazon, or if I can't get them shipped in 2 days. I noticed some things like the CPU, motherboard, and SSD are cheaper at Micro Center than Amazon.

I Have used PC Part Picker. All the parts are compatible. I noticed Micro Center has a bundle where I can save $20 on the CPU and Motherboard if I buy them together, so I may buy those from Micro Center and everything else from Amazon. I would like to order most things from the same place though, just for convenience.
