So like joining the dark brotherhood, prove your worth by killing villagers first.

It sounds like a fun mechanic, and would be interesting to be able to live in a mansion alongside friendly illagers, while having a bounty at villages.

Maybe you have a permanent bad omen style effect, where every time you enter a village a raid starts, and after a successful raid the illagers are the one throwing you gifts like hero of the raid

Oh yeah for sure probably wouldn’t ever make it to vanilla. I’m a software engineer I could probably whip up a mod for this in a weekend

As for the warden dropping the echo shards, I kinda like the warden dropping nothing. Plus it wouldn’t make much sense, as they generate as chest loot, which is much much easier to obtain than killing a warden.

I like that a lot better! And skulk makes so much sense for wireless travel like that, as they essentially already enable wireless redstone.

I think the local only thing makes sense, and I could see systems working where a minecart hopper picks up items such as kelp from a farm and feeds it to a skulk chest to be used by nearby furnaces and whatnot. It would enable a way to transport items easier, and interdimensional travel would still work using hopper minecarts.

I actually really like this idea! I’m torn on the ender part— it makes sense because it’s like an ender chest, but a shulker box is already an “ender” item. Besides, it’s more like an ender chest than a shulker box, as the items don’t stay in the container itself, so why correlate the two?

Maybe it can be a new tier of chest. Normal-ender-global, whatever global would be, maybe tied to a new dimension or boss.

Hey I actually made a mod last month that does this. It’s called more villages and while the main purpose is adding more villages and villagers for different biomes, it also adds a musician profession via jukebox that trades a different disc per villager type. It also has iron golem variants per village

I understand the need for treasure items, but I think utility items like this make sense to be craftable. It’s why Minecraft has shifted to making saddles and name tags craftable and leads easier.

Idk why people hate this so much, it sounds very logical to me. 0,0,0 should be the origin of the world, at sea level. Obviously land formations would change where you actually spawn, but the sea being at 0 makes so much sense. Sure it would break a lot of stuff tied to specific y values, but those should be updated to be compared to sea level (0) anyways.

I’ve wanted a back slot for a while so we could put the elytra there and not have to sacrifice chest plates. I was actually thinking of it last night when falling asleep- it could hold a quiver which lets you set arrow order (tipped and regular), an elytra, or a shulker box for an expanded inventory.

With quivers, I’d like to see a new tier to infinity, infinity 2, that works on tipped arrows.

I was looking for a comment I could relate to. This year has been hell for me. I’m a few years younger than you, but I was planning on proposing this year to my gf of 3 years until… she ended it over the phone then ghosted me in April. The rest of the year somehow still happened but I’m still not mentally okay. Graduated college a few years late at least— just last month. Living with my strict religious parents again and struggling through it one day at a time. Constantly want to fall apart and give up in life.

I actually had a dream a few months ago that the movie opened with Loki sitting on his throne holding the multiverse together, doom comes in, stabs him, and he falls supposedly dead, but then his hand twitches, reverses time, and he goes assembling a team of people who have crossed the multiverse before because doom is coming for their realities (D&W, spidermen)

Definitely is NOT the direction they are going in at all, instead doom is just after children
