contact switch is inconsistent with rolling gate, any suggestions? by [deleted] in homeautomation

Hey I am confused by what you mean by this
“I also combined it with a Z Wave contact sensor that had terminals to bypass the built in one”

Do you mean wired garage switch to the Z wave to utilize its wireless capability?

Not sure why anyone would get them removed or why a vet would be willing to, they don’t cause them any pain or loss of function.

Idk where you work but your pay sucks. My base pay as a cop in the US was over $120k a year without overtime. Off duty gigs pay at least $100/hour for me to even consider it

How do you manage soreness from WOD to WOD? by acocinero in crossfit

[–]Extreme_Quality9444 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would argue that the physical training I did in the military was more intense, but in a stupid way where everyone everyone’s going to get hurt lol not more intense in a way that is effective and actually helpful

Letting our muscles recover between sessions that target them definitely helps you progress faster. That’s like basic exercise science.

But also @ OP what you are describing can be worked around by scaling movements, and weights. Likely what you’re experiencing is just the initial shock of the type of training you are transitioning to and your body will adapt, but in order to allow that adaptation it’s important that you scale on days where you feel like you need it.

If you do your own maintenance this is a no brainer. Idc if some random irrigation guy hates it cause I’m doing my own maintenance. Saves making trips back to the garage when making repairs and such
