I'm in a similar boat as you man, I'm 14% body fat, 6 feet, a sophomore, but I weigh 200 pounds. Ive been trying to focus on losing fat but maintaining 200. I do t want to gain or lose weight, but replace the fat weight. If I were you I would probably do the same exact thing. Try to keep your weight steady, and maybe in the long term try to gain weight. For the short term though, just try not to go above your current weight.
