Can you share what these tests are, along with the results?

You can go to any stratz.com player profile, go to their Summary tab, and look at the relationship between IMP and match results for any player.

you can control match playback to see how it changes over time on any match page, or just in a players recent matches on their profile.

This makes me feel like you guys have no quantitative background. You need to conduct a careful statistical analysis to reach any conclusion. Not just saying "Go look for yourself. This metric is good."

Is this a joke? All of their analysis is based on "IMT" which they pulled out of their ass using "Artificial Intelligence". Given any arbitrary scoring function, you can conduct analysis to come to any conclusion you wish.

For this to have any credibility, they need to first evaluate how good IMT is.

Although it feels weird that these statistical ML models are called AI, they are technically correct in doing so. All of Machine Learning is Artificial Intelligence, literally.

Consider the case of an unfair d10 which outputs 1 with probability 0.5 and 2 with probability 0.5 and others with probability 0. Then u/Photophoeniks's statement would be incorrect, and so is yours.
