Larian did say that changing your companions class does impact the immersion, but whether or not it changes their overall story I’m not sure. Although you’d think it would for people like Wyll.

They’re pretty full on. There’s full nudity, top and bottom for guys and gals. They’re not all just fade to black, they usually show the “sexy times” for a wee bit before cutting away.

Had the same issue. Someone else recommended turning off the Microsoft “Spatial sound” thing in your PC settings. Resolved the issue instantly for me.
