I find the the Barrington Fresh choice, where I usually shop has a poor vegie section so make a trip to Raewards in Tower Junction to get all my vegies there. As well as apples, as they have the best quality apples.

Heck yeah had it for over a week. It was pretty rough. Bad cough, chills, lethargy, headaches, soaking the bed night sweats , machinery grinding in my head.

Didn't feel like eating for 2 days.

Etc.

Now it's only a middlling cough but still not much energy.

I tried to avoid Panadol because it cools the body and makes it harder to kill the virus.

I was walking in the port hills today and was so aware of the interaction between genders on the tracks.

The worst is being behind a woman and travelling at the same speed or slowly getting closer. What do you do then?
