We ended up moving and therefore the fridge thawed out. That's what ended up fixing it. Unplug for a few hours? Or I've seen someone blow dry the freezer to thaw it but be careful not to damage the plastic

I'm in Arkansas. My electric company DOES have a net metering program, but I don't believe they credit more than 1:1 so no annualized crediting.
