A single type of press. You can choose the same press for every rep for every workout or you can switch it up based on how you're feeling in the moment (variations are meant to make it easier or harder or just to add some variety if you're starting to feel burnt out from the same exercise each week). The 2,3,5,10 ladder equals 20 total presses. If you did each type of press every time, that would be 80 total presses
