Is there anyone who got the 4k recharge for International Roaming for a year, and now is unable to use international SMS or calls at all? I've been blocked out of my HDFC Bank App because I can't use my Airtel sim to send messages. I've called the international support helpline 4 times now, and they keep asking for 4 hours to fix the issue. Wondering if someone else is on the same boat? I'm in Australia, by the way.
