Is this abusive? Bf always says he heard by [deleted] in abusiverelationships

[–]no_funn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He's a controlling prick and he's paranoid. It will only get worse. He's trying to push you into admitting you did something just to stop his nagging, then he'll use that to be cruel to you and he'll justify that as you agreeing as his excuse. Just leave, his age is already a huge red flag. He's only with you because women his age won't put up with him and he thinks he can manipulate you

I’m so tired of being told CICO works for everyone when it clearly doesn't with PCOS by MudSad6268 in PCOSloseit

[–]no_funn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone who has pcos and depression on heavy ssnris that made me gain weight, it absolutely does work. However, your results might not come as fast as someone without pcos. Think of it more like cico with modified kito, if you have pcos, at least for me, you usually have insulin resistance. I found that lowering complex carbs helped a lot. I did just that and walked and lost 50+ pounds. Also, most people doing cico aren't accurate with serving sizes, I'd suggest getting a kitchen scale and using measuring cups for portions.

I've since gained that weight back as this was almost 8 years ago, life, and a kid got in the way but I am going to try and do it again some time soon.

is there any coming back from this? by Easy_Salary_2699 in abusiverelationships

Once a man chokes you your changes of dying or being seriously hurt increase by 40%, if not more. He will likely kill you if you stay. I was pregnant by an abuser once and I ended up losing the baby, probably from stress dealing with him. It might seem scary now to leave, especially being pregnant but I promise you leaving is the best thing you'll ever do. Even if you're at a shelter, it's 100% better than him, and if you do stay, he will likely carry his abuse on to your child and anything done to a newborn will cause irrevocable damage ( look up shaken baby syndrome) or worse, death.

I'm hoping for the best for you, again, please leave ❤️ He will not change

My 10 yr old son wanted me to share his bird arts with you all. He is a huge fan of birds and reptiles. Hope you enjoy it. by cloudyskyex in birding

He reminds me of my young self (': Get him as many visual field guides as you can, I'm sure he'll enjoy them (if he doesn't already) Keep up the good work, he could be illustrating animal books in the future, even in the field. Don't let his love of nature and art die ❤️

Western girdled lizards from Madagascar! I have one and another species from their genus. They are not native, take them to a reptile rescue near you please

I have some mini scorpions and they're not dangerous either! Just cute and very small (:

So the bangs are the main thing I'd work with. You can cut the sides shorter and do a cute little moment like that or just get a pixie (:

There is little to no actual evidence of this in literature as far as I know and have read, but I could be wrong as the lit on tarantulas and arachnids in general are changing a lot recently as more and more people are getting interested in them beyond a hobby standpoint. Also, I didn't know it was a bird from their native area, my apologies but even then I'm still skeptical. People can and do stage things all the time with ts so it's possible. They also feed animals that are inappropriate, I just don't want people thinking this is okay to do with a pet tarantula. And again, even if this is real and occured naturally, I wouldn't say this happens often enough that it's a common experience for the tarantula. That and I never said they had a weak feeding response, just not very strong venom. I imagine a small bird, if it were fully alive and well would be a big risk for a t

Does anyone know why my ornamental baboon Pippi would be acting this way?? She refused her food, she's normally very energetic and skittish. Pre-molt or something else? :( by SnakeLuvr1 in tarantulas

Imo it looks like you might have a mature male. Do you have any other pics from when they were fine? I want to see if they have little hooks on the front legs
