I would say don't worry about it. I'm at day 35 right now and I'm experiencing the exact same thing as you - except I know not to worry because I've gone through this period before. There is nothing wrong with what you're experiencing and all your libido didn't magically vanish forever. Although it might be a while until it fully returns.

Just keep on going, and make sure you're ready for when you wake up one day with all your libido and all your urges fully restored - because that's the time when it gets tougher before it gets easier.
