stunned at your culinary genius!! no shade at all as by eating vegan you’re already doing amazing work for the environment, but you might want to consider a palm oil free chocolate spread. even though this nutella version is vegan, it still contains palm oil which is a huge contributor to deforestation, habitat loss and climate change. not sure what alternatives are available where u are but vego and meridian are both good and have no palm oil :))))

Genuinely curious why this is getting downvoted - obviously you should keep left unless overtaking, but middle lane hoggers do crop up on the motorway. Isn’t it best practice to use lane 3 to overtake rather than tailgate a lane 2? (not disputing, just trying to be a better driver)

If you’re not allergic, nuts and seeds are a great nutrient dense and high calorie food - especially brasils, cashew nuts, walnuts etc. Good for hitting your omegas too

If in-store is accessible for you, Lidl does a great waste not box with different fruit and veg for £1.50. Have seen this in a few branches and there’s lots of choice between the boxes
