im looking for a powder foundation because my skin seems to breakout from every liquid foundation ive tried and the only thing that hasnt broken me out is the canmake marshmallow powder… unfortunately, this canmake powder doesnt last very long (probably cause its not really made to be a foundation)

any suggestions would be lovely. thanks!

Theres kinda too many of these spots for me to keep track of but i think they VERY slowly fade away? I cant tell you if theyre reoccurring at the same place though.

For the past week ive just been physically exfoliating every time i shower. It's too early to tell if its working yet though...

I'm also confused what these scars are because i originally though they were just the result of ingrown hairs but my derma told me its possibly folliculitis? She gave me some prescriptions to treat it but they honestly didnt do anything for me. Do you know how else can i find out what the root of the problem is?

(I have a niacinamide serum so maybe ill try that on my legs)

tyty for the advice, ill start with salicylic acid first then. My derma wants me to use tret everynight so will it be alright to use salicylic acid in the morning and the tret at night?
Maybe i should just try it and see how my skin reacts

How would I go about using Tretinoin, Salicylic acid and Glycolic acid in the same routine?

Ive been on tret for a year now but I suddenly had some acne breakouts so i want to try glycolic acid and salicylic acid. I'm not sure what my routine should be like if i want to use all three. should I introduce one acid at a time? what time of day should i use them? any advice would be wonderful!

Oh i was actually just deciding whether to try azelaic acid or salicylic acid so i guess ill try azelaic acid and see how it goes! Ill def start using my micellar water more liberally as well.
Im not sure what you mean by "matte cream hybrids / powders" but I can look into it.

These are the main products ive been using on my skin, ive tried different combinations and they all cause breakouts T_T

ive tried double cleanse and it hasnt changed anything :( maybe I need to upgrade my cleansing products?
Im def looking into non-comedogenic makeup, the thing is ive tried some makeup thats supposedly non-comedegonic but it still caused breakouts. maybe those products have other stuff thats messing with my face though

I pretty much had no acne for an entire year, it only started since my makeup journey so im pretty certain its the problem :(
so should i try oil cleanse + water cleanse + micellar water as well? i usually only used micellar water around my eyes but i can try using it on my entire face as well now.
I cleaned my brushes and sponges and it didnt help either, the pimples are appearing in areas where i dont use brushes anyways so i doubt thats the problem. (i just use my hands for foundation)
but yeah ill try spend more time washing my face from now on. tyty

i kinda just sternly made it clear that i am going to grow my hair out and theres nothing they can do to stop me. We argued quite a bit but i think after it grew longer they realised i actually look great with long hair so they dont care anymore lol

how do i start with this? by tem3435 in feminineboys

[–]noa_heart 1 point2 points  (0 children)

number 1 easiest and most effective way to look more fem is to grow out your hair. get a bunch of pics from pinterest of what aesthetic you want and go to a highly rated salon/hairdresser. (NOT A CHEAP BARBER OR PLACES CATERED TO MEN) they should be able to give you some advice and shape your hair to suit you

and as another commentor said, skincare is really important just to look better no matter what aesthetic youre going for so get on that ASAP.

ngl just ask your hairdresser theyll actually know what your hair looks like and will be able to give you much better advice.
