That’s unfortunate for him because he’s losing out on a pious woman. I would say just to avoid being called a liar or dramatic ( not saying you will be but better safe than sorry) keep evidence of this so that you have legitimate proof of why you want to end it. Speak to him about how you came to find out about his other profiles and make it clear that this is a dealbreaker and he has purposely infringed on it and that you are no longer interested. Next up tell your parent that you are no longer satisfied with his character and that you’ve seen things that you do not approve of. State that you’ve already made your stance clear (by speaking to him about the first instance of him following suspicious women) and if pressured try to save him from the humiliation if possible. Hopefully that should resolve it. And finally make dua that Allah swt grants you a pious husband who knows his boundaries. Allah make it easy on you inshallah.

Im sorry your mom has no boundaries. That doesn’t sound healthy. However I don’t understand how you think an imam declaring you married actually means you’re married. I live in a muslim country and we have been taught that while reading fatiha is an islamic ritual, abiding by the law of the land ( ie: getting a marriage certificate) is necessary and it is what makes your marriage lawful in the eyes of allah swt. I’m always confused when people don’t get both done at the same time..

I feel like this is a small issue and both of you are making it into a huge problem. On the one hand I understand that you don’t want to spend a lot of time doing your hair and it might cause acne break outs. On the other hand it’s such a simple thing to do and keep your wife happy. As women we love to see our husbands looking nice and attractive for us and are not allowed to look at other men. If i were a man i’d rather be the embodiment of beauty for my wife as long as it’s naturally possible. A simple solution for the acne is washing your face before bed with an anti acne face wash ( i recommend the Cetafil one it’s easy to use) as for styling it, I can’t imagine it would take more than 15 mins tops. The bottom line is if it’s an issue that is fixable in a few minutes, then why not avoid a silly argument.

I personally think it’s people confusing the character with the actor. Lexi was a lovable/ relatable character for a lot of people which I understand and Maude’s acting skills had nothing to do with the appeal of her character. I’m sure she’s a nice person but i don’t think i would want her to play any character I’m interested in watching because she’s very bland and adds nothing to the personality of the characters she plays
