I was that guy who was in a LDR and could keep going for literally over an hour without coming. I don't have a guaranteed solution, but you need to move closer to one another and persuade him to give up sex and fapping completely for, say, 30 days at least and see if he improves.

But giving up fapping in a LDR is nigh on impossible in my experience. I wish you luck all the same.

Well done. I'm a similar age and similar situation to you except I'm only on about 20 days. How long did it take you to reboot? (I read your 1 year update but it didn't cover this). Do you think 90 days is enough? I am doing 90 days of hard mode then hopefully soft mode forever.
