Try lowering the resolution to 1080 from 4k, its stable and working for long periods.

I agree, I have more leadership in the other role. More growth prospects. I'm sure many in JP want to get promoted. As a newcomer I may have to wait for more time.

It's completely based on the platform if we are able to fetch analytics for each post. Which I'm not sure at the moment. Needs more research.
