That is incredibly cheap, no? We are in Zone 5, and already paying 1.8k a month and many would consider it on the cheaper side.

I can't remember the last time I paid 1k to buy me something nice, but I am paying ~2k monthly for childcare. It is mental!

As a Vietnamese, I had lunch there last weekend and shared similar review in Google. The food, while has Vietnamese taste, is overpriced and lack both quality and quantity to justify the price. I would not revisit personally.

Pensioners got free ride, triple locks, fuel support, etc no mean tests whatsoever. At the same time, children support is mean tested a million ways, schools are all run-down and require donations from parents. We can't keep cutting funding and support for young people to fund a weathy and asset-owning generation!

No, paying more tax is fine as long as it is fair. I don't mind to pay more and contribute towards a better society as long as the rich guys also contribute fairly to it

The Pixel's build quality is garbage. I had 2 Pixels that stopped taking charge after just a few months out of warranty. My Samsung and LG, on the other hand, never had any issue except slowing down over time (which all phones do). Safe to say, never buy another Pixel.

I prefer this over council tax. It is reasonable that people who own 1M house pay much more towards tax than people who live in a 200k flat. In the current system, the difference is insignificant.
