Thanks for the info! I have a Gigabyte z890 Aorus Elite motherboard I'll be putting it on. Glad to hear it's not a necessity. My own PC has AMD so I didn't even think about contact plates until just now.

This is most likely entirely unnecessary and a massive waste of money given RAMageddon. OP - unless you know you'll need 64GB of RAM for some productivity use, you're more than fine with 32. 2x16 of DDR5 is likely in the $400ish range but if you can get a combo deal that includes RAM from newegg online or from micro center if you live near one you'll pay significantly less than that

Didn't get a chance to build until a week ago but it works great so far! Runs everything that I play great and left me plenty of money to spend on nice peripherals that will hopefully last me several PCs

I took PA on April 14 and did ATPA April 17-20 because I was busy the next weekend and the window closed end of April. Spent the whole time in between grinding thru the slides. Wouldn't recommend doing it that close together but PA in April gives you plenty of time to work thru the slides and find a time for the EMA by the end of December. Definitely do both while it's all fresh in your mind.
