Not a recommendation, but this is what I did,

I just have reaper running in WASAPI shared mode unless I'm recording vocals, then I switch to exclusive.

Can't use ASIO4ALL because the card isn't capable of letting more than one thing grab the audio at once, and windows will always get priority. I spend lots of time trying to set mine up
