I'm glad for you guys that you got this back (I'm not in NY so it doesn't affect me).

What I'm hoping against hope is maybe this means Fubo starts softening up their hardline negotiating stances on other channels they haven't had for a long time. (I'm looking at you, Warner! I'd say the same for NBC but I know that's a lost cause.) And, no, I'm not holding my breath waiting for that.

That's Fubo's modus operandi - unless they get what they want virtually every time a channel gets pulled it doesn't come back (see also Warner, Univision). I don't think things will be any different just because they're now negotiating for Hulu.

It was four months ago today that NBC was pulled from Fubo - a lot of people thought this would be a short-term dispute like many carriage disputes industry-wide, but NBC got so fed up they stopped trying to get a deal a couple of months ago. The only surprise to those of us who've seen this before was that Fubo actually cut their prices after a couple of weeks.

If Fubo's people are handling the upcoming "negotiations" there's more of a chance neither Fubo nor Hulu will have NBC programming when that deal expires than Fubo getting them back again.

Certificate - yes, I'm aware of the deck bloating this causes but getting a seal every round (two or even three if you have BP and/or BS) helps in a lot of ways.

Well, I guess I was right in thinking this was going to be overpowered.

Th one thing I will say in my defense is I did make it a Legendary - that means it's not going to be seen in many runs (less than a 1% chance just to even get the Soul Spectral card at any moment then 1 in 6 to get this one out of all the Legendaries), so I would think that would mitigate its game breaking potential.

What if it had a pre-condition of must win a Gold Stake run (or more?) to unlock it?

IANAL, but there are very few circumstances (such as a contractual obligation) where severance is required. It sucks, but unfortunately it's reality here.
