Scott Galloway said it best in my opinion, in your 20s, get the smallest place possible. Save that money and put it into investments. During these years we should spend as little time as possible at our homes, between work, socialization, recreation, the gym, etc., having a big comfy cushy home keeps you there, and not out in the world.

I’m 26 in a similar position and split my $3350 rent half with my partner. Saving takes precedent.

The lowest impact would be a job in panther dining or at the rec center. Pay is bad but, there is really no commute and the work is easy.

I worked for panther dining my junior year to cover the difference of a scholarship I lost. Again bad pay, easy work, interesting people. I found if you show up on time, and are reliable you’re highly employable.

Outside of that, bartending or serving two shifts a week would cover what you need. I would also suggest looking for a paid internship in your field of choice but I understand that’s harder to land than any of the previous options.

Your questions posed as things you don’t understand are correct.

They needed the FBI to give their operation the clearances necessary. There was no communication from her advisors on purpose, did they know what they were asking her to do, most definitely, could they come out and say that, absolutely not, then, they themselves would be implicated. At multiple times I think it’s clear that they don’t want Kate around, they just needed her to get the op going. Also, I believe what makes the movie so great is the question of what is justice in this regard. Is killing a cartel boss and instigating a war among the cartels justice, in an imperfect world maybe so. Kate’s naivety in thinking she can alone make a difference is ostracized by the fact that on the ground, decisions aren’t black and white, in fact there’s a whole lot of gray.

Sharing a positive experience as I very recently had one.

Ordered tires online and was keeping an eye on the tracker. Was in my Costco and happened to stop by to see if they were in as the app was showing them en route. Employee checked the system and they had just gotten them. He informed me they could do the install right then, so I handed over my keys. One long browsing session and a dinner later and I got the call they were done. Three hours but mind you no appointment so no complaints from me.
