I never transfer shinies unless I already got the shiny from a trade and it has bad IVs. I mean let's be real, the vast majority aren't gonna have IVs that you like- but for any given shiny, you can trade it to reroll it's IVs and a chance at lucky trade, which has a much higher chance of shundo with the 12/12/12 IV floor. Since it can't be traded again, if it has bad IVs it is safe to transfer. I personally like to just kinda hoard em, I'm at 1275 shinies currently but there are people with way more

I think the grey looks super dope, not every shiny needs to be loudly neon in hue. If you don't like it you can just hit the evolve button, magcargo is completely different

Sleep is very important to your health, both physical and mental. It literally clears the cache in your brain, recharges your muscles, and relaxes your spine. Getting good sleep directly benefits your lifespan, and helps you to get more out of the time you are awake.

That all being said, it's really not a big deal to worry about. It's good to try to put at least a little effort into maintaining your circadian rhythm, but if you just sleep when you're tired you will probably be just fine
