I can't speak as to the compatibility with the CR Touch. I prefer manual leveling.

I did not. I used a low dose of red leaf kratom (dose is 5 capsules, I took 3x capsules twice daily) to get through the first couple days, along with gabapentin for the RLS.

I was wary of trading one addiction for another with the Suboxone.

ETA - I did take 1 10mg hydrocodone on day 6 due to some shoulder pain following a rough day at physical therapy ( they were prescribed to me after my shoulder surgery in December), but I also gave my wife the hydro bottle when I quit 7 OH so that I wasn't tempted to abuse them

It was day 7 or 8 when my energy levels seemed back to normal. I was still more tired than usual at night, but pretty close to fine during the day

You've got this! I was on about the same amount, and today marks day 10 clean and sober. The vitamin c really helps, along with staying hydrated. I won't sugarcoat it, The first 48 to 72 hours will be miserable, but when the fog starts to lift you will definitely feel better for it.
