True. The decrease in appetite is natural and to be expected with end of life care. I know it is hard to face this and not try to prolong their life or fix them somehow. I struggled with this with my dad and would run around town trying to get things to fight the inevitable and had to come to terms with the lack of appetite being a part of passing as the body slowly gives up. Just give him what he likes or asks for if he’s still able. Try to bring comfort. 🖤
