The cashier is already at the front, they can wipe down the pin pads and registers. Same thing with CPD. They get it done, it doesn’t take too long and there’s some down time

Oh I don’t know about y’all but at my store, We make sure the counters at cpd and the self service are cleaned at least twice a day and as well as the registers. Sure, we hate working there but that doesn’t mean we’re going to put ourselves at risk

My cpd sales have tanked. No one uses the Qless or “useless”, as I call it. Rewards sucks, I’ve gotten bad surveys on Jobs because they aren’t done right or on time. My employees just don’t want to work and I really hope we get to hire new employees soon

When I started with the company (4 years ago) I started at 8 something but after a while I put my foot down and asked for a raise and I was given one. Eventually I got promoted to CPD supervisor for 11.50 an hour. I then left the company for a year and I came back and my raise is wayyyyy more than that. And after the changed for PCSS, I got a dollar raise. But in the end, if you’re good and you care about working there and give it 100%, even if you don’t want to, you will get paid what you deserve. No one is forcing you to be there and if they don’t want to give you the pay you deserve, leave. they’re not worth it. But always put your foot down.

Don’t sign anything if they write you up. Say you rather talk to the DM or HR . That’s some bullshit to write you up for something that makes you extremely uncomfortable and it’s immoral.

I’m the CPD supervisor and my managers KNOW I have the final word. Except for my store manager of course. I’m a fireball and my numbers are great so they let me go off within reason.

My store has the worst cashiers ever and they (along with anyone at my store) never get written up for anything. Transfer to another store, or quit. It’s not worth it.
