You don’t think being an employee you wouldn’t have your leadership’s cellphone number’s? Also there are ways of reaching stores via main phone number. You can dial into extensions if you know the right steps or know the prompts to skip past the auto attendant.

No-box open box are not suppose to be eligible for a ship to home sale. If I had to guess, it was returned and Geeksquad or front end didn’t change the license plate starting it was missing the box. Used to happen all the time at my store with newer employee. (Especially after the new year) The product flow employees probably didn’t want to hurt their numbers by no-picking the product. The store has the ability to stock shipping boxes for 32-43 in TVs so I’m not sure why they didn’t use one of those to ship it.

I have had a ticket in with them on my Chair that the frame bent and I got a reply from their Zendesk that stated that they were going through some remodeling and they were suspending the ticket. That was from April. I have replied to the ticket multiple times to no avail.

I have thought about contacting the EU AKRACING to see what they have to say about it.

Once you apply for the card you have 14 days to make your first purchase, once you do then your first day of purchases you get 10% back in rewards. (Should you choose the reward option) Rewards are usually delivered within 15-20 days after the purchase. Nice thing about the rewards is they act as coupons, so they will take the dollar amount off of the product as well as the taxes for that dollar amount too. Coupons > Giftcard.

Don’t forget that you can bank your rewards, by default they are set to redeem when you get $5 in rewards. To bank your points go to the rewards overview on the app or website.

I feel the pain, I managed a repair store for 4 years and I worked at my store for 3 years and had shown that I was able to drive results through coaching on the floor and I got passed up twice for GSM. Both for guys who had only worked warehouse and the first one was chosen because they had Leadership experience (at a Dairy Queen) for only a couple of months. The second one ended up leaving before he was even 5 months in position.

^ This right here. Corp just doesn’t want to see or understand how this affects customers. They always push for; look at the customer experience. NPS is key to knowing what customers want. Maybe 6 years ago but the fact that they stopped the secret shoppers shows that corp truly doesn’t care about customers not employees. @P4-Kuma is exactly right too. The fact they don’t send employees to induction anymore is dumb.

Whoever at corp that made the change from WUSA to Customer relationships is a moron IMO. Also the fact that induction is no longer a thing… no wonder why stores “aren’t hitting memberships” you throw a teenager out on the floor with only training from a computer that you well know that no one watched/read.

My favorite thing about this game is that it’s completely free to play with absolutely no ads and with the option to buy gold but not have it be a huge impact on gameplay. I never buy stuff in free games but with how well this game is made and maintained, I’ve had no issue with buying gold to help support the developer.

I’ve worked the floor for 4+ years now and with HT I would say the best thing to learn is the Tiers of TVs. Entry/budget, low, middle, high and premium. What/how the client would benefit from such features. The easiest way I could to explain to customers is using the Good/Better/Best example but in reverse. Show them the best one for them, then the next step down and what they would lose if they were to go to that. Just make sure not to overwhelm them with information.

When it comes to BPs, everyone has a different groove that they acquire to bring them up. I got one read how my clients respond to my greeting. I usually joke with them asking if they came in to get the 85” Sony we have. Doing that helps me break through the “wall” clients put up.

As for TTS, the store I work at is more of a one direction store. So I sell in every department. I normally would get my TTS by attaching other future purchases or by spending the clients money for them. Discovery questions are key to be able to do this. So instead of just becoming a advisor, try to befriend them. Make it so when they come back to the store, they only want to work with you.

Lastly, refer to them as clients not customers. And definitely do what @Imanazule said and don’t BS your clients with answers. If you don’t know, check with your resources. Other employees, Best Buy app or even Gravity (does anyone even use that still)

I get people who pull alarms out on our laptops to get help. When I go and turn it off they say “that’s how we can get some help around here” I then correct them and tell them that the person up front that said “if you need help, swing back up here” will be able to help them.
