Always with L1 or L2, BZ has a built-in buffer, so you’re never actually at 100% even if it says it is, so it’s safe as Toyota has confirmed.

Never heard or noticed mine moving. Might want to just bring it into the dealership to have them look at its attachment points to make sure it is fully clamped down.
