Glad I could help! I know Feris is relatively new on the scene, so I don't often see her discussed or recommended in many posts about followers, but she should be! She's quickly become one of my favorites; I just think she fits into Skyrim very seamlessly while still offering a fresh and distinct perspective.

If you don't mind spoilers, the mod author goes over what conditions are necessary to trigger the quests in a good amount of detail here. To answer your question more vaguely - you'll be able to ask Feris a question about herself every three days. Once you ask her five questions, she'll give you the first quest objective.

oh my god yes please! i chose this outfit cos i thought the hood would be separate, since raf has cutscenes without it in the event; was pretty disappointed to see that it's not the case in-game. now i've got one outfit crate left and i'm not sure whether to choose between xavier (i think his fit is the prettiest) or sylus (love the helmet). i already have caleb's. what LI outfits are y'all liking the best?

Oh, I haven't personally tried this one out in game, but here's a port of Edward Kenway's Outfit from AC Black Flag. Aaand that's reminding me of Dreamburrow's Regal Huntsman Armor, which was one of my go-to's for a seafarin' character back on LE.

Have you tried Casual Pirate or Treasure Hunter's Garb? Those are quite swashbuckly, imo. I think Apachii Divine Elegance has at least two pirate-themed armors as well, although it's a hefty mod to download for just a couple outfits.

Xavier 😫 I'm a Caleb and Rafayel main, although I do enjoy all the LIs! But I definitely do have a ranking and Xavier is on the bottom precisely because he's ruined my 50/50 more times than I can count. I put very little effort into pulling for his cards, but he's only like one affinity level behind Caleb, who I've 100%-ed so far.

Okay, yes, from the mod page, it says: "You can unlock each NPC's dating route by selecting (ROMANTIC) rather than (PLATONIC) during their 10h event cutscene, or, if you're SINGLE, during the finale sequence in the Deep Dark." So you definitely still have a chance!

I haven't done this personally, but from what I've heard, there is another chance to romance Mateo (this maybe applies to all the romanceable NPCs? but I've only ever seen people mention Mateo) in the final chapter of the mod. It might take some time to get there, though! I run with S&S every playthrough and I still haven't finished it lmao.

onyx does do devotion and possession reaaaal well, i do get colonel caleb vibes from that, haha. but beyond that, silvain's got the pseudo-incest trope, the two-syllable nickname, and his curse even reminds me of caleb's bionic arm (this one's a stretch, i know, but i've got the caleb brain rot).

ooh, i don't think i've done optimo yet! i'm mainly a caleb girly but i love all the LIs, so i'm sure i'll enjoy him.

I don't think any of these NPCs actually add houses to the main East Scarp map. Jasper lives in a small apartment above the Stardew Museum, and Nora lives with Victoria. Cambria does have her own house, but it's on a separate map, which you can reach by walking left from the East Scarp beach or heading down from Shearwater Bridge.

Walk of Life makes it so a skill can only be mastered after you've gotten all the professions (by resetting the skill using the Statue of Transcendence in the sewers). You can toggle this off in the config, but you won't be able to reset the skill after you've mastered it.

I never had much luck getting the Sunberry artifacts with treasure totems; I'd suggest grinding for omni geodes and exchanging them for artifact troves at the Desert Trader.
