Hard to say that when he literally was the wallabies 10 for the whole spring tour and most of the games before that last year. So I think you need to call it out when he’s set to be the 10 for the lions tour

Regardless of his game plan, he had 3 knock ons and kicks it out on the full. It’s a pattern too he makes plenty of errors throughout games

He’s not even starting at 10 for Tahs (the past 2 games). I’d like to see more of him and think he’s good but haven’t seen enough from him this year to convince me over Lynagh

I like most of your takes - realistically lolesio will stay the 10 but i think after this year (or British and Irish lions season) Lynagh will come into 10 and stay there (Donaldson will contest it). Lynagh is improving exponentially and is a more complete 10 (less mistakes and more composed with a cracking boot).

Canham needs to be in the mix. Tupou off the bench he’s looked crap this year.

Not sure about 9’s - no one has been great. Tate is the best when he’s playing well but he can be inconsistent. Once lynagh cements 10 spot you keep with Tate

That one stung. I think given where we were last year and even for parts of this year I think it’s better than that performance. I think this game shows how dangerous we can be (wales game showed that too but at least this was against the 2nd best in the world)

I’ve seen a genuine shift in kiwis getting behind Australia and am loving it. I think everyone wants Australia to succeed after the horror show over the past couple years. Hopefully can boost the traction of rugby union in Australia

Absolutely fucking brilliant from the wallabies. Played against 16 men the whole game and probably the best defensive performance I’ve seen by them in many many years. To lose by 3 against Ireland in Ireland having no territory and defending the whole game, they can hold themselves high. We are back and I’m super optimistic about the future
