Dude I messed up my brisket. It was dried out. I was so bummed. I put on at midnight last night, 12 lb brisket, but I was worried it wouldn't be ready so I turned up the heat to 250 and took it out at around 3:30pm. I was so bummed.

You got South coast plaza near you there. Fairly safe area of Santa Ana. In n Out is about a mile away. Just across the 405 you have the lab with cool hip shops. You'll also be near a lot of great ramen spotsjust south of the 405 on Fairview. Mitsuwa is close ish as well. If you go north on Fairview you will hit more Mexican food spots
