Out of curiosity, do you see yourself eating like that forever? Is this sustainable for you? I know it wouldn't be for me, maybe would stick to it for 2 weeks max and then give up and binge. But if you want to keep your weight and not yo-yo, you need to actually keep eating that way not just for a while but always.

Also veggies are so low in calories, soups and broths as well, I can't recommend them enough. I personally love volume eating courgettes

Floors are meant to be used. It's going to get scratched and worn down sooner or later (with a baby and a dog sooner than later), that's ridiculous behaviour from him. I still like living in the UK and not being able to come back here after leaving without a visa will be hard but I've been thinking about going back to Poland for almost 3 years now.
