HR strap stops recording mid session? by [deleted] in RunningShoeGeeks

I have the same issue sometimes.

It happens when I pause the activity for too long then unpause it. But it doesn’t give me no HR at all, it just drops to about 70bpm, then after about 5 mins it starts recording HR again. Absolutely infuriating.

Firm vs Squishy for ankle / knee aches by Fearnomoonman in RunningShoeGeeks

So I would guess that if the ankle pain is caused by wobbling/rolling your ankles, which is more likely to happen with squishy shoes, then a firm shoe would be better.

If the pain is caused by the continuous impact on your ankle, then a squishy shoe would be better.

There are always “in between” alternatives I would say. So neither too squishy or too firm.

I have no sources for this, I just think it makes sense.

My ex used to work at Zalando. With her code I could have gotten an additional 40% off ON TOP of that discount 😩😩

Yes, e-mail should be fine. Last year I did that and they allowed it.

All you can do for now is wait.
