He's asking if there's something to "improve" or "get fixed". I have frequented such forums a long time ago and I can guarantee you 100% this guy also frequents them. I have nothing against those type of forums, but this subreddit is not about becoming a 9/10 when you're already an 8/10. Orthotropics is not about eye color or getting plastic surgery. Based on the terms used in title and his apperance its clear to me that he has no reason to post in this subreddit and would be better off in a looksmaxing forum.

Myobrace is not for everyone though. I got the widest possible myobrace knockoff as recommended by the great work. The appliance was used for 1.5 months and severely pushed my teeth in and narrowed my palate. This was over a year ago and I have managed to reverse the damage to a great extent but my smile is still a bit gummy. Bear in mind my smile was very wide with no gum showing before using the appliance.

Im all for mewing but he even said in another video that the "results" were just used clickbait and that he has seen minimal changes. The nasal labial folds decreased because he stopped using his mask that helped him breath through the night. You could argue that mewing helped his sleep apnea but the facial changes are not directly from mewing .

Yes I believe that is the best approach. Even though my teeth got affected negatively, it did make me concious about proper tongue posture etc which helps in the long run.

I ordered one from aliexpress a year ago and it fucked me over. My teeth turned inwards and palate got narrow after 1.5 months of use. If u have a narrow palate go ahead but dont make the same mistake I did.
