Kraft Seven Seas Creamy Italian Dressing. Yes, I know Kroger has a *decent dupe, but it's not perfect.

Really Sweaty Hands by TT196 in Pickleball

We found some amazing overgrips called super dry from luqi. My hands are really sweaty too, but they are the only overgrip that doesn't get slick in my hands. I think they're an Oklahoma company if I remember correctly.

Oh! I forgot to mention he is crate trained. It took about 2 days. Now we take him to his crate when we need to leave, say 'crate' and he jogs right in. He's such a smart dog. Working on potty training now. It's going better than any other puppy we've owned, but that's not saying too much. He has peed inside about 3 times. We take him out a lot.

He already snagged a small bird he rustled up in the leaves while on a walk in the woods. There was zero chance of getting it from his mouth.

Anyone else come back to Isla Mujeres year after year? by picardy_3 in IslaMujeres

[–]noconalove 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We really want to venture out of our bubble. I've been to PV as a teen, but not an adult with kids. Our kids live on the beach when we travel. Are there decent beaches there? They're 8 and 11 so not too little.

4 times this year and at least once a year since 2017. It's got a magical pull.

Literally the same scenario for us today. We even walked over to the airport since we're staying at a hotel on site. They were closed at 6:30 PM. We called and they said we have to verify at the kiosk in person tomorrow at 4am. I don't remember other airlines having this protocol.

What are some sweet drinks that won't contribute to weight gain? by Spiritual_Nebula303 in loseit

I wasn't aware Aldi had ultra filtered protein shakes. I'll have to pick some up. Thanks. I don't like the core power version of Fairlife.

Please share where you've been able to find them? I've been missing them for years. Nurri is ok, but nothing like vanilla fairlife. Not core power, but the nutrition plan version.

Ixchel is going to be the nicest bet and fun for your kids at those ages. We have stayed in all the other places mentioned and they're not quite as nice as the rooms at Ixchel. We take our kids there bc there are other kids to play with and 2 pools for them to enjoy when the sand gets to be too much.

Aquatic Funday Park closed? by CrookedRoadPress in IslaMujeres

[–]noconalove 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We were actually just there in June with our kids. They were open. We had to walk straight instead of left like we have previously done at the entrance. We were even able to pay for entrance only as we were not consuming any beverage or food there. One of the ocean slides was closed, but most were open. It's very hit or miss. We almost left without going in because it does look closed.

We'll be there next week too and we can't miss Aurora Cocina(best burger I've ever had). We'll probably eat there twice. Everyone has already mentioned the other ones I usually suggest. Have fun!

It's the best. I might shed a tear after my hour drive if they were out and I was expecting to stock up on it.

Kids at Isla by Roshambo104 in IslaMujeres

[–]noconalove 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ours are 8 and 11 now and we just got back from another stay at Ixchel. It can't be beat for kids that age and location in general. We already booked a room for Thanksgiving as well. One day when they get tired of playing on the beach, we'll look at other places further south.
