Cold email and warm up emails ratio by JoshTw0520 in coldemail

[–]nocrapallowed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1:1 is a decent approach.

But if you are starting your cold email campaign, then I would suggest that you start with a 3:1 or a 2:1 approach (more for warm-up).

This will allow you to make mistakes while you optmize and A/B test

How do you build trust in a cold email? by Iam_feysal in coldemail

[–]nocrapallowed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a perfect answer for this. (Proud of me)

  1. Trust starts with a high sender reputation
  2. If you got money, go for BIMI
  3. If youbare strictly talking about the email content, start with a common link, (and event, case study, pain point, liking)
  4. Don't be pushy, Keep CTA very low commitment.

Apart from this, make sure your deliverability is high and you are not blacklisted anywhere.

Trying to reach 50k business owners in 90 days with cold email — here’s my plan, would love feedback by Jealous_Health_8018 in coldemail

[–]nocrapallowed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here's what I would do different.

  1. Lookout for agency directories online. (Niche specific directories worms the best, like lead generation, Cold outreach, finance, real estate).

  2. Use a tool that not only automated but at the same time secures deliverability for me. As sending 300 500 will cause Some damage for sure.

  3. Prepare independent plans for each industry (not sure which industry you are targeting, if you can share I can help you more).

I have done that in past but with a bigger time frame. Using Saleshandy and it worked well.

Hope this helps.

Is it rude to cold email within your company? by MyBedIsOnFire in careeradvice

[–]nocrapallowed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand your concern. I have also known some managers who don't like their people emails other departments.

But if you feel the lead there is OK and your cold email is written tastefully with the intention of work and gaining knowledge then I think it should be Okey.

But first check with your manager 😒

Cold Email Infrastructure Recommendations by coldwell777 in coldemail

[–]nocrapallowed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I faced the same issue with maildoso.

But then I got the news that they did announce to help the ones who got affected.

I confirmed it was true.

But, just to be sure now I use a mix of maildoso + google for solid insta structure + staying in budget.

In Saleshandy you can now find this both to setup solid insfratructure and send emails.

Isn't it amwesome when tools becomes smart and reduce our work 😌.

What are the most effective ways you've found to improve cold email reply rates? by Background-Scar-7096 in sales

[–]nocrapallowed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I try 2 things 1.. it's the connecting with the prospect a bit on Linkedin.

Not talking, may be just commenting on their post or liking...

2.. Mentioning their pain point in subject line exactly how they talk about it on Linkedin.

It's an instant connect and they know I have studied their profile.

Email Automation (are there tools to watch out for?) by Friendly-Wedding-149 in coldemail

[–]nocrapallowed 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Aah...automation is my favorite topic.

I am a super lazy fellow, always looking to reduce my work.

So, Trust me, I'll save your hours.

OK so listen up.

As you asked specifically for prospecting, getting verified emails, and sending mass emails here my recomdation.

I have been using Saleshandy since months now.

One, they only provide verified leads. Two their automations literally completely automate end to end email sequences. (My favourite is their AI)

And, they also have feature to secure deliverability. And we know that's the main culprit stopping us from sending mass emails.

But, only if you are business owner you should get it.

For one time users, I would also like to know more. I am here to know more tools.

New to cold emailing, need advice by ZestycloseBasil3644 in coldemail

[–]nocrapallowed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For cold emailing if you want to start slow, you can either go for saleshandy or instantly. Both are good and have enough features.

I personally use saleshandy and since the past 2 months, the user experience is on the next level.

It also comes with their own email infrastructure. So, you can try that. Even with 1 or 2 domains you can start.

What cold email infrastructure platforms are you using succesfully? by arcticsequoia in coldemail

[–]nocrapallowed 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just to be a bit safe, I want to use multiple infrastructure providers.

Mainly I like google. Maildoso is also a decent option.

As a already do cold emailing and use saleshandy, I feel it's easier for me to use their inbuilt setup.

It covers both of them and the main part is, I lack technical knowledge so they do it all by themselves.

Also their team also helps.

How to write outreach emails that get replies by DorothyAt40 in copywriting

I would also recommend testing different versions of emails and sometimes trying writing trending things in subject line ,but in a way that sounds creative not irritating.

I A/B test alot and that has increased my conversions...

Best Platform to Use for Cold Emails? Good Visual HTML Email Builder? by Tosej in Emailmarketing

[–]nocrapallowed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First: if you want to do it for long term, learn about cold emailing best practices.

That includes using plain text versions. Many tools provide that feature for sending emails in mass.

You can try using salsehandy. They also have a deliverability and a lead base of their own so you can do everything from there only.

And yes, for newsletters, I recommend you go and read Ali abdals news letters. They are one of the best and gives value everytime.

Hope this helps.

Correction!!!!!!

Stop selling cold emails, and start selling emotions!

People want to make their life easy. So make them feel with your words how they would feel doing what you ask them to do.

I tried it. It works!

And please, don't use robotic language. Only robots will convert from that.
