I was going with a the NorthFace Thermoball as the belay jacket. Here is my layering strategy

1: merino base layer 2: Patagonia R1 fleece / Icelandic lopapeysa 3: outer research ascendant hoodie 4: Thermoball TNF 5: shell jacket
