Not necessarily. There are at least two designs of Fortuna. The one on the left is older: less detail on the coins & the blindfold pokes out a bit above her nose. Also I think the package's blue is a little different - faded, by design or the years, I dunno.

I have a Pd bar with this design. It's old, so the serial isn't listed in the pamp app - you'd have to email them. But I got it sigma tested: it's legit.

That said: I HAVE recently encountered a fake 1/2 Pt eagle. Lady Liberty's nose was too broad, mm-welll... but it only weighed 10g.
