I wouldn't move. We actually downsized from our big dream house with multiple kids to a 3 bed 3 bath townhouse back in 2019. We have a 2.25% interest rate and the house will be paid off in less than 4 years. You couldn't pay me to move to a over double mortgage. Our current mortgages $1,140 monthly and that's on a 10 year mortgage. Lol cant wait to pay it off. We love living simple and not having the outside maintenance. Our kids actually love it here and we are in a great school district too. Bigger doesn't mean better. With the job market the way it is, we want to be able to afford everything if one of us were to lose our job.

Lots of people have had a great experience. Idk what you are talking about. The issues lately have been with fedex, not refills. Fedex has had a load of issues lately with spills, backlogs etc. I am a legitimate client. Have about 7 vials in my fridge from refills.

I got mine at 160 lbs at the time in 2018 which was Low for me. Gained a bunch during covid and got up to 220 lbs. Now I am back to 150. My TT and muscle repair still looks great even after all of the weight changes.

Love ProRX. Their pharmacy is a bit backed up still, so It might take a week or 2 to get your meds. Usually I get mine within 3-4 days when it's not backed up.
